Subscriptions are easy to forget and add up fast. A quick audit, where you list every recurring charge and decide whether to keep, cancel or pause it, is one of the fastest ways to free up money.
Use the tracker below to see your monthly and yearly total and what you would save, or download the printable. Your list saves on your device and never leaves your browser.
How to run a subscription audit
- Check your last three months of bank and card statements, plus PayPal, Apple and Google.
- Add each charge with its price and how often it bills.
- Mark when you last used it, then choose keep, cancel or pause.
- Cancel what you marked today, while you are looking at it.
Keep a subscription only if you used it in the last 30 days, it is worth the price, and you would sign up again today.
